Armed Robbery at BBVA Compass Bank / July 1, 2013

On July 1 at 9:15 am, the suspect entered the bank at 1325 W. Southern Ave., approached the tellers and threatened them with a handgun while demanding money. The suspect left with an unknown amount of U.S. currency and was last seen running northbound from the bank. The suspect is described as a Black male, mid to late 20s, 6' tall, 160-170 lbs., light complexion, black shaved hair, goatee with thinkly shaved beard along jawline. Suspect last seen wearing a white, long-sleeved button down shirt with blue pinstripes, yellow dress tie, khaki dress pants, dark colored belt and shoes, black framed glasses.
