Attempt to Identify: Theft of Credit Card

On March 15 at 10:16 am, the male suspect pictured here used the victim's stolen debit card number at a Circle K (3550 E Main Street) to purchase cigarettes and other items. He also used the number at a Home Depot and Walmart for purchases on the same date.
