On 04/20/17, at
approximately 4:47 pm, the victim was working inside her Water and Ice store,
located at 67 N. Dobson, when the suspect entered the store. After
walking around the store for a short time, the suspect approached the counter
where the victim was standing and asked her for change. As the victim opened the cash register, the
suspect grabbed a pair of scissors sitting on the counter, jumped over the counter and
took a known amount of US currency. The
victim began to struggle with the suspect who then cut the victim’s head with
the scissors. The suspect fled the
scene with the US currency.
The suspect is described as a Hispanic male, early 30s, 5'06" to 5'08" tall, approximately 145 lbs.

He has full sleeve tattoos and tattoos on stomach as well. He was wearing baggy jeans, black shoes and carrying an old backpack.
