Vehicle Pursuit / Failure to Yield / Arrest
On August 9 at 2:25 am, an officer observed a vehicle northbound on Stapley; the license plate returned with no record and a stop was attempted. The driver, a White female, failed to stop for the officer, who had turned on her lights and sirens. The officer turned off lights/sirens and observed the vehicle head southbound on Harris from Brown. The vehicle was located by another officer in the 1500 block of East Fairfield. The officer recognized the dog that was left in the vehicle as owned by a female he had arrested the night before. Her description was given and she was located in the area. Kelly Randolph was identified by the first officer as the driver and she was booked on driving on a suspended license and failure to yield.
