On July 30 at 7:00 pm and July 31 at 6:00 am, a window was broken at the Toka Sticks Smoke Shop, 6910 E. Williams Field Road. The suspect was seen with bolt cutters, walking around the building. Suspect is a White male, thin build. Last seen wearing a gray or light-colored hoodie, light colored shorts and black skater-style shoes.
