Attempt to Identify - Theft of Credit Card

On July 31, 2016 at 11:46am, the male pictured used a cloned card with the victim's debit card number to load $200.00 onto a Wal-Mart gift card. The victim had possession of her card and does not know how the card number was compromised. In addition, the video surveillance shows the male "trying" several different cards in order to complete the transaction.

The suspect is described as a White male, short brown hair, wearing a blue T-shirt and brown shorts.
