On July 7 at 11:57pm,
officers responded to the McDonalds restaurant, located in the 5200 block of
South Power Road, for a call of a subject with a gun. A male was observed entering
the restaurant through the drive through window with a gun in his hand. A description
of the male was given and officers located the male as he walked out of the
McDonalds. The male was in possession of a handgun and complied with orders to
drop it. He was detained and positively identified as the person who was seen
coming through the drive through window.
