On August 17 at 2:30 pm, the suspect walked out of the Safeway store, located at 3662 East Southern, with merchandise that was not paid for. When asked to stop by an employee, the suspect assaulted the employee and left. The suspect was described as a Hispanic male, 5' 8" tall, 160 lbs., with a small goatee and multiple tattoos.
